Events with Reinhold Messner in the Messner Mountain Museums
In the coming year 2022 there will again be many exciting events with Reinhold Messner in the various seats of the Messner Mountain Museum: With Reinhold Messner on Juval, Discussions around the Fire and the Summit Meetings and many more.
Summit meetings with Reinhold Messner - MMM Corones (ONLY IN GERMAN&ITALIAN)
7 and 28 August 2022
Experience the storyteller Reinhold Messner on the summit plateau of Plan de Corones and a morning visit to the MMM Corones museum.
- 8.00 a.m. - Train ascent to the summit plateau (Kronplatz 2000 and Ruis cable cars).
- 8.30 a.m. - Meeting point in front of the MMM Corones and start of the event with Reinhold Messner.
- Afterwards there is the possibility to visit the museum autonomously (all day possible until 3.30 p.m.)
Talks by the fire with Reinhold Messner - MMM Firmian (ONLY IN GERMAN&ITALIAN)

Tuesdays in August: Evening museum tour of the MMM Firmian (from 7 pm). The internal restaurant is also open in the evening. As dusk falls (9 pm) Reinhold Messner will tell you about his life and answer your questions.
With Reinhold Messner on Juval (ONLY IN GERMAN)
4 June and 26 August 2022
An afternoon and evening on Juval: hike, museum visit, impulse lecture and dinner at the Schlosswirt - exclusively with Reinhold Messner.
- Meeting point with Reinhold Messner: car park Schlosswirt Juval at 4:00 p.m.
- Followed by a hike via the "Rittersteig" to Juval Castle (approx. 30 minutes)
- Guided tour of the castle
- Impulse lecture by Reinhold Messner under the glass roof of the ruins
- Walk to the Juval Castle Inn (Oberortlhof)
- Dinner: 4-course menu of farm-fresh delicacies and wines from our own vineyards (Unterortl winery)
